Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using EM:OM ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. EM:OM is provided by Unbridled Ventures LLC ("Unbridled Labs," "we," "us").
2. Health & safety disclaimer
EM:OM is a fitness timer, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your limits. You use EM:OM and engage in physical activity at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any injury, harm, or loss resulting from your use of the app or any workout.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EM:OM on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
4. In-app purchases
EM:OM offers an optional one-time purchase, EM:OM Pro, which unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed and managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices and the features included may change over time. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
6. Intellectual property
EM:OM, its name, logos, design, and content are owned by Unbridled Ventures LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbridled Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
9. Apple
EM:OM is an iOS and watchOS application distributed through the App Store. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
